There are people who talk about transformation.

Then there are people who quietly live it, document it, and hand you the tools without the theatrics.

Kydale Outley belongs to the second group.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Outley has spent the last several years moving between cities — Denver, then Miami — while building a body of work that sits at the intersection of art, music, photography, and what he calls “applied energetics.” He describes himself simply as a Reality Magician and Consciousness Activator. The titles sound dramatic until you watch how he works. Everything he shares is practical, repeatable, and grounded in the body.

From Gallery Walls to the Breath

Outley has worn many hats: photographer, self-employed business owner, and Gallery Director at HEARTist Gallery. Those roles still surface in his aesthetic — clean frames, intentional light, a sense of space that feels both intimate and expansive. But the real through-line of his work is the internal architecture of the human being.

His podcast, The Human Potential Podcast — Applied Energetics (sometimes referred to as The Wizard Speaks), is not another motivational feed. Episodes move through breathwork for anxiety, shadow work, nervous-system regulation, manifestation that doesn’t rely on wishful thinking, and the difference between performing spirituality and actually living it. He has spoken openly about walking away from certain corners of the “conscious community,” calling out performative leadership and the ways culture can cast spells of its own.

What stands out is the tone. There is very little guru energy. The podcast often feels like a private notebook made public — a record of his own progression, healing, and relationship to the world through art, music, and consistent practice.

The Practice Itself

Outley’s teaching centers on a handful of precise tools:

• Breathwork sequences designed to regulate the nervous system and open the crown

• Crown Tantra practices that treat the body as the primary temple

• Visualization and emotional work that he insists already affect the external environment in real time

• Short, structured protocols (the Breath Arsenal, Nervous System Shield, Entity Detox, and others) sold through his Gumroad store

He is clear that books and teachers cannot give anyone real magick. The capacity, he says, is already inside. What he offers are methods for removing the static so that capacity can move.

One of the more striking stories he has shared involves a multi-day sober walk from Journal Square toward Allentown, Pennsylvania — part ceremonial, part experiment in stripping away distraction until the internal light becomes the loudest voice. Experiences like these feed the material he continues to refine and release.

Location, Lineage, and the Long Game

Miami currently serves as home base. The shift from Queens to Denver to South Florida mirrors a larger pattern in his work: constant recalibration. He has also spoken, in more private posts, about losing his mother and periods of instability. Those experiences sit underneath the emphasis on nervous-system mastery and emotional regulation. Nothing about the work feels theoretical.

On the musical side, Outley has released beats and tracks under his own name. In one public statement he claimed a direct lineage — father Bruizza (sometimes styled Dark Angel) and uncle Pone (Guilhem Gallart of Fonky Family). Whether that connection is literal blood or chosen creative ancestry, the influence is audible: a certain European hip-hop sensibility meeting American spiritual pragmatism.

Why It Matters

In a culture saturated with spiritual content that rarely changes anyone’s daily state, Outley’s approach is notable for its restraint. He does not promise overnight miracles. He offers systems. Breath by breath. Session by session. The goal is not to escape reality but to construct it more deliberately from the inside out.

You can find his current work across TikTok (@kydale8), X (@ambient_viibes), and his Gumroad store. The podcast lives on Spotify and major platforms. The Medium essays and occasional long-form reflections continue the same conversation in written form.

Kydale Outley is still early in the public arc of his work. That may be the most interesting part. The practice is already formed. The documentation is already happening. The only question left is how many people will actually pick up the tools and use them.

Breath by breath.
